Angel On Earth

God sent a special angel to earth
He shared her with us for a while
No wings to show her angel status
It was reflected in her bright smile

Her inner spirit continued to grow
God watched with pride and love
As she learned life's lessons well
With a little guidance from above

She was full of life and energy
It seemed to grow and multiply
Apparent in everything she did
And by the sparkle in her eye

Her special touch affected many
As a wife, a mother, and friend
Spreading both love and laughter
Giving comfort even in the end

God has called her back home
To take her place at His side
She watches us all from heaven
Beautiful angel wings spread wide
