Love and Marriage

The day you have been dreaming of
Has finally come
When your two hearts and lives
Are joined into one

Your friendship has grown
Into the love you now share
A love that promises
You will always be there

Love is alive
And like all living things do
It changes in time
And your love will too

Though some of these changes
May cause heartache and sorrow
They will also bring you closer
And keep you looking forward to tomorrow

The three following phrases
Will help keep your marriage strong
"I love you", "I forgive you"
And "I admit that I was wrong"

Support one another
Through the good times and bad
Cherish each moment together
Whether happy or sad

In God's eyes you are now
Considered husband and wife
And his love will guide you
For the rest of your life

As you enter into marriage
And make a new start
I hope you will carry
These thoughts in your heart
