Pets are very precious gifts
They live within our heart
When we sadly lose them
It feels as if it’s torn apart

Though it is hard to accept
That they are really gone
Remember where they went
To make it easier to go on

They travel to a better place
Where all pets live in harmony
A place where they are safe
There is no pain or cruelty

Their bellies are never empty
There is always fun to be had
They will never again be sick
Never homeless, cold or sad

This place is called Pet Heaven
God has thought of everything
To give us the needed comfort
That knowing this would bring

Cherish the happy memories
Pain will fade as time goes by
And our pets send us their love
From their adventures in the sky
